Our Client is recruiting for a Registered Manager for a provision that provides personal centred care for people who complex needs and challenging behaviour in a supported living environment. These people may require support as they live their lives with mental health needs, learning disabilities (including profound and multiple learning disabilities) and autistic spectrum disorder. The role is to manage a service based in Settle.

As a Registered Manager you will be responsible for the daily running of the home, including staff management, budgets, and ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times.

Essential requirements

• CQC Registered Manager with minimum 1 years experience with adults services
• Experience is managing adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems
• NVQ level 4

This role is fulltime 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, however you must be flexible to work overtime and to support out of hours if required

Salary £28,000 to £32,000 PA (depends on experience)
